There Is a Field

Ten healing songs recorded between November 2025 and March 2026 at Brick Nog Studio, Malmsbury, with musician and co-producer Nicolas Lyon. Songs and chants in Aramaic, Sanskrit and English encourage and calm us in the darkest hour.

A voice shaped by many worlds.

Born in the UK to Italian and Anglo-Burmese parents and migrating to Australia at an early age, Kavisha is attuned to the power of cultural diversity. Her music carries Mediterranean, gypsy and Celtic influences while paying respect to folk traditions and creating something new.

She has been a valued part of the Australian folk movement since the 1990s, inviting participation and creating community experiences wherever she performs.
